»M4INLY FAIR TO CLOUDY WARM TEMPERATURES The weather report and forecast f<r New Zealand, issued last evening by the Government meteorologist, were as follows: —Pressure is relatively high over New Zealand, but varies little over the whole of the Tasman Sea and New Zealand area. The forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds, with south-easterlies predominating at first, but turning later at many places to north-east. Seas slight to moderate. The weather is likely to be fair and warm. Seas slight to moderate. YESTERDAY'S WEATHER Auckland.—The spell of unbroken fine weather with light southerly winds continued yesterday. The maximum temperature was 7fi degrees and the minimum was 66 degrees. Last night was fine with light clouds. Barometric pressure rose slightly, f prompter, midnight, steady .. 30.02 in. Midnight, Sunday .. 30.04 in. Wellington.—The tsky was cloudy and overcast, with a light to moderate south-easterly breeze. Teni]>cratures remained warm, the maximum being 70.2 degrees.
