MANUKAU CLUB'S OFFICERS At the annual general meeting of tho Manukau Golf Club, the" president, Mr. C. Wardell, presided over a good attendance. The president, .in his report, referred to the sound financial position of the club and to the large increase iu membership last season. The club's 'purchase of a fairway tractor was responsible lor greatly improved playing conditions. Officers elected were as follows: —Patron, Mr. Balfour Irvino; president, Mr. F. W, Yates; vice-presidents, Messrs. F. h. Colbeck and F. A. H. Parker; captain, Mr. R. J. Alexander; vice-captain, Mr. F. H. Barnard; committee, Messrs. C. Wardell, R. Grant, 1 Priest, E. Revell.and A. George; treasurer, Mr. B. C. Carpenter; auditor, Mr. J. Gilmore. CLEVEDON CLUB , The annual nicelirig of the Clevedon Golf Club was presided over by the president, Mr. D. M. Bryan. The report disclosed a season of steady progress and greatly improved links. The balance-sheet revealed a healthy financial condition. The following officers were elected: —President, Mr. D. M. Bryan; vice-president, Mr. R. Waters; captain, Mr. T. Currie; vice-captain, Mr. J. Henderson; secretary, Mr. J. C'olquhoun; committee, Messrs. H. Orum and G.' A: Bell. The ladies' club elected the following officers:—President, Mrs. T. Roberts; captain, Miss A. McPherson; vice-cap-tain, Mrs. J. Henderson; secretary, Mrs. J. Colquhoun; committee, Mcsdames, D. M. Bryan and J. Alexander, and Miss Z. Stephens. NORTH SHORE CLUB . The first round of the Summer Cup will be played by members of the North Shorn Golf Club on Saturday, players to choose partners. CADDIES' TOURNEY Following arc the best scores returned at a caddies' tourney held by the Maungakiekie Golf Club. Prizes were presented by the president of, the club,* Mr. H. Morpeth.
