NEW BRANCH AT MANGAPAI [bv telegraph—OWN correspondent] TVHANGAREI, Tuesday A branch of the New Zealand National Party was formed at Mangapai, when a committee was. elected comprising Mcsdames Nutsford, P. Carter, Onnandy, Hill, B. Finlayson, Messrs. Nutsford, Byles, Smith. Ormandy, P. Carter, C. Cotton, McConnell, F. Carter, B. Finlayson, with power to add. Mr. P. Carter was appointed chairman, and Mr. A. Byles secretary.
