ECONOMIC AGREEMENT LONDON, Nov. 24 The Rome correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says an Austro-Italian Commission has initialled a new economic agreement with a currency of six months. Under this Austria loses her most-favoured-nation clauses for exports to Italy which she and Hungary enjoyed under the Rome protocols of 1934, by which Italy conceded much and received little.
