ROTORUA BUILDING PLAN [BY TKI.KfiRAPH OWN CORKKSPONDENT] ROTORUA, Thursday The appointment of Mr. Edmund Anscombe, of Wellington,-as the architect for the new municipal buildings to be erected on the Town Square was made by the Rotorua Borough Council at its meeting last evening after considering the qualifications of three separate tinns of architects, all from Wellington, who had been selected as the finalists by the Finance Committee. The building, for which loan proposals of £'25.500 were carried at a poll of ratepayers some considerable time ago, will include municipal offices, theatre, concert chamber, library and museum.
