A private income AT 55 A CERTAIN young man who will be 24 next birthday recently arranged with the A.M.P. to have a private income when he reaches 55. The representative of the Society who dealt with him very wisely suggested that the Plan adopted should be such as might be altered if circumstances made alteration desirable. Accordingly the young man (we 11 call him Mr. Akhurst) took out an A.M.P. policy for £I,OOO, payable at 55 years of age. This policy called for an investment by Mr. Akhurst equal to less than 12/- a week. From the date the arrangement was made Mr. Akhurst has been assured for £I,OOO. If he should die to-morrow he would leave an estate of £I,OOO. If he should die in ten, twenty years' time, the estate will have grown greatly with bonuses. If he should live to 55, then the £I,OOO, plus bonuses (possibly £1,740 altogether),. will be available to Mr. Akhurst in a lump sum, or as a Life Annuity of something like £ 1 0 a month. A very good plan. A plan worthy the consideration olr every young man. A sure and certain money-spinner; by carrying out such a plan a man CANT LOSE. What about it, young man? There's an A.M.P. office near you. Ask that an experienced man be sent to talk this over with you. Don't delay. The younger you are the less you will need to invest. SOCIETY THE LARGEST MUTUAL LIFE OFFICE IN THE EMPIRE, Established 1849 t . (Incorporated in Australia), Head Office for New Zealand: Customhouse Quay, Wellington. W. T. IKIN, Manager. Auckland District Manager: R. SMYTHE.
