PENDING LIBEL ACTION DUCHESS OPENS BAZAAR (Received November 21, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. Ist The Duke of Windsor's libel suit against Heinemarins, publishers, relating to the book, "Coronation Commentary,"" by Geoflrey Dennis, will be mentioned in the Chief Justice's Couri on Monday. A message from Paris says the Duchess of Windsor made her debut as a public speaker when she opened a bazaar in the fashionable British Christ Church, Paris. She showed no trace of nervousness.
