RACE TO BALKAN PRINCE (Received November 21, 5.5 p.m.) * MELBOURNE,- Nov. 21 The first and second placings were reversed in the Eclipse Stakes at the Victoria Amateur Turf Club's meeting at Caulfield yesterday, the race being awarded to Balkan Prince. Donaster, ridden by A. Reed, passed the post first by half a head, but a protest against him was upheld and lie was placed second.
