Charged with behaving in disorderly manner while drunk in Khyber Pass Road on Saturday, and with committing mischief by wilfully damaging a pane of glass, valued at t'2. in a shop occupied b. William Burnie. Frederick Draffin Boilermaker, aged ' 34. and Thoma'> Edwin Turnock; labourer, aged 19 (Mr. Craig), appeared in the Police Court before Mr. C. R Orr Walker, S.M.. yesterday. Draffin pleaded gniltv and Turnock not guilty. W. Burnie said the two accused had tried to enter ,his shop at 6'.15 on Saturday evening He had shut the door, and a glass panel bad been
