MAHANA DESPATCHED With a full shipment of Dominion produce, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mahana left Auckland iate yesterday afternoon for London via Falkland Islands and Montevideo. She will tranship a line of Corriedale sheep at the Falklands for South America. JAPANESE SHIPS The two Japanese ships now loading for Japan during discharge at Prince's Wharf will sail for Wellington to-day. The Osaka Sliosen Kaislia motor-ship Brisbane Maru is expected to leave at seven o'clock this morning and the Kozan Maru should clear port at noon. NAVAL SHIPS RETURN t After a week's minesweeping exercises in j Hauraki Gulf, the Imperial escort vessels Leith and Wellington, and the minesweeper ■Wakaknra. returned to the Devonpnrt Naval Base yesterday morninsr. The Admiralty survey ship Endeavour returned from the gulf yesterday afternoon for a week-end in port and berthed at Calliope Wharf. KARAMEA FOR LOADING v, Having completed discharge of genctal London cargo at Prince's Wharf, the Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Karamea should sail this afternoon for Wellington to begin homeward loading. She will continue at New Plymouth. Auckland and Napier, arriving here on November 3 and leaving Napier on November JO for London, via Panama. EAST COAST SERVICE The Richardson Line motor-ship Pukeko is expected from the East Coast on Mondnv. She will berth at Central Wharf before moving into Calliope Dock for survey and overhaul. The motor-ship Awahou moved yesterday afternoon from Western Viaduct, "where she has been overhauled, to Western Wharf for fuelling. She will test her compasses this morning and berth at Central Wharf, I sailing on Tuesday for the East Coast.
