DEFENCE RESEARCH WORK INVALUABLE ASSISTANCE (Received October 22, G. 5 p.m.) LONDON. Oct, 22 Sir Thomas Inskip, Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence, in a letter to the Times, pays a tribute to the late Lord Rutherford of Nelson for his services to the Government.
