CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES AUCKLAND LADIES' CLUB MRS. The course was in fine order, the fairways being bard and fast, and tho greens true. A high standard was shown by many of tho competitors. Tlio outstanding performance of tho day was the excellent round of 70 recorded by Mrs. 11. R. Hughes in a bogey competition, her score beitis? 8 tip.
