Firemen of the Royal Air Force; New methods of combating fires which might occur in aeroplanes at aerodromes were demonstrated recently at Cranwell. The fire fighters were attired in asbestos suits and a fast type of fire-tender which pumps a special foam for extinguishing petrol flames war used.
