FAMOUS SHEEP
PELT FOR EXHIBITION I The pelt of one of the direct descendants of the original Merino sheep owned by John Macarthur, which was the beginning of the sheep-breeding industry of Australia, will bo mounted and exhibited in the .Historical Exhibition to be held next year as part of the 150 th anniversary in Sydney. The Minister in charge of the celebrations, Mr. Dunningham, said that Brigadier-General Macarthur-Onslow had informed him that he would be pleased to donate one of his sheep for the purpose. The museum authorities would be asked to undertake the preparation of the pelt for exhibition.
