STOCKBROKER'S DEATH
(Received October G, 7.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 6 Mr. John A. Sweetman, aged 71, a partner in the stoekbroking firm of Garvin G. Brown and Company, Melbourne, was found dead in his office to-day. A gas jet was turned on. Mr. Sweetman recently suffered a nervous breakdown.
The Stock Evchange this morning adjourned for five minutes as a mark of respect.
