Percy Furber, Hamilton, Clyde and Pat Furber, of Mangaweka; aged 80 years. HAND.—On October 5, at Auckland, Roseina MacFarlane, wife of the late John Samuel Hand, and beloved mother of Roseina, Margaret, Kathleen, Kingie and Helen. / Private interment. HILLIAR.—On October 6, at a private hospital, Hamilton, Frank, beloved husband of Mary Hilliar, of Pukekohe. and loved father of Francis James Hilliar, Walton; Mrs. T. J. Lally, Paeroa; and Mrs. D. Mortimer, Huntly; aged 71 years.—R.l.P. Private interment at Hamilton. LITTLER.—On October 6,1037, Asenath Louise,, dearljvloved widow of Arthur Littler, formerly of Devonport, and beloved mother of H&tris Littler, of Otkhuhu; aged 71 years. A «emce will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Devonport, at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow (Friday), the funeral then leaving for Oft ell's Point Cemetery. Funeral notice later. ROSS.—On October 5, at her residence, 49 Patteson Avenue, Mission Bay, Robina, dearly-loved wife of William T. Ross, and loving mother of Freda, Roy and Ruby, late of Dunedin; aged 65 years. Funeral will leave W. Morrison's chapel, Parnell Road, at 2.30 p.m. to-day (Thursday) for Hillsborough.
SAVAGE On October 4. 1937, at her residence, Matata, Ethel Marjorie, eldest daughter of the lat« Daniel Savage and Mrs. W. Olsen. of Matata; aged 20 years. , SHARP.—On October 6, 3937, at her ' residence, Hamilton Road, Cambridge, Eliza Matilda, relict of the late John Sharp, and loved mother of, Tilly, Martha, Ella, Fred, < Charlie and Seymour; aged 82 years.
The funeral, will leave her late residence at 2 p.m. to-morrow (Friday) for the Cambridge Cemetery. October 6 (suddenly), at his parents' residence, 8 Herbert Road, Mt. Eden, Sydney Edward, beloved only son of S. E. and M. Sharp; aged 27 years.
Funeral will leave above address to-morrow (Friday) at 11 a.m. for Waikaraka.
SNELL.—On Saturday. October 2, 1937, at the New Plymouth Hospital, Emily Annie, dearly-beloved wife of the late Thomas Bnell, Coromandel; aged 90 years.—At rest. TRAVIS.—On October 6, at her late residence, 29 Roslyn Terrace, Devonport, Una Ashton Travis, eldest daughter of Winifred and the late William Waters, and mother of Edward and Noville, late of Papatoetoe.
Requiem Mass at All Souls Church, 7 a.m. to-morrow (Friday). Short service at 10.30 a.m. Private interment at Otahuhu.
