BREACHES OF BY-LAWS
Four charges of breaches of the Mount Eden Borough Council by-laws were preferred against A. L. Petlierick, builder, in the Magistrate's Court, before Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, S.M., yesterday. On two charges of proceeding with the erection of new buildings without permits, fines of £5 and £1 were imposed, and on two charges of leaving building material on the streets without lights fines of 10s were imposed.
