RUSSIAN NAVY
DEPOSITION OF CHIEF MOSCOW, Oct. 1 Admiral Orloff, who represented the Soviet at the Coronation review in London, for some unexplained reason has been deposed from his command of the Navy. He is succeeded by Admiral Victoroff, commander at Vladivostok.
