OLD PEOPLE'S REUNION The celebrations in connection with the 71st anniversary of the Pitt Street Methodist Church began on Saturday afternoon with an old people's reunion, at which the attendance numbered about 300. The church secretary, Mr. JV H. Shackelford, presided and an address was given by the Rev. A. Sharp, of Mount Albert. Mrs. K. J. heard in a vocal solo and the sirtfcing of several well-known hymns was a feature of the service. Bouquets were presented to the two oldest ladies present. Mrs. Warren, aged 92. and Mrs. C. Gtiffin, aged 91. Mr. Hetherington. the oldest man present, was also pr^ented_».th a rrjft to commemorate the occasion.
