CRYSTAL PALACE SITE PLAN TO BE CONSIDERED British Wireless ' RUGBY. Sent. 28 A plan for developing the Crystal Palace site as a sports and physical culture centre will be considered by the trustees next month. The central feature of the scheme consists of a covered Stadium to seat 25,000 spectators, and a running track half-way round the sports arena, on which football, baseball and athletics could take place. Round the arena would bo a running and cycling track.
