Sept.. 13 Candidates for the Victorian Legislative Assembly must now be circumspect in their campaign activity, for if - they provide free entertainment, free meals or free drinks for electors to -woo their support they may be adjudged guilty of "treating" and may be debarred from entering the Assembly until the following general election.
