MANOEUVRES IN GERMANY
OFFICERS FROM BRITAIN CHIEF OF STAFF TO ATTEND (Received September 13, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 12 Field-Marshal Sir Cyril Deverill, chief of the Imperial General Staff, will attend the combined manoeuvres of the German Army, Navy and Air Forces. He will leave for Germany this week.

Other officers who will attend the manoeuvres include General Sir Edmund Ironside and Air Marshal Sir Arthur Longmore. The manoeuvres will begin on September 20.
