EMBASSY ISSUES DENIAL (Received September 13, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. Sept. 12 Follovring the publication of rumours in the press, the Italian Embassy in London has issued a denial of the statement that Signor Mussolini has communicated with the British Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, since the letter which Signor Grandi brought to Mr. Chamberlain some time ago.
