NEWTON FLAT PREPARATIONS The Newton Flat Gold Suieing Company, Limited, which was registered in Auckland last year with an authorised capital of 1:12,000, has now suillcient shares applied for to begin operations on a river Hat on the Bailor River. The company proposes to commence operations by bringing the water on to the claim through an old water-race which was used some 30 years f ago to sluice a similar property about one mile away.
