The players who have not taken part in the two test matches already decided nre Caughey, Mitchell, Crossman, Milliken, Pearce and Green. Ward played in the first test and Phillips in the second. On account of an injury Ward had to stand down for the second game and his place was taken by J. R. Rankin, of Canterbury. D. G. Cobden, of Canterbury, received injuries jin the first match and was replaced by Phillips in the second test. With the exception of Caughey and Mitchell all the others chosen have previously attended camps prior to the matches already played. Caughey was ■absent from Auckland for the greater part of the season, but since his return has played regularly in club and provincial contests. Mitchell,/the star back in the mterisland game and in the All Black trials, suffered injury to his thigh muscle which has kept him out of the game until the last few days. He will take part in a special trial match at Julen Park next Saturday as a curtain-raiser to the annual Auckland-Wellington fixtUThe All Blacks will assemble in Auckland on Monday next and between then and Saturday week will be quartered at the Mon Desir H<#?l, Takapuna. Mr. J. T. Burrows, a former All Black and one of the New Zealand selection committee, will be in charge of the team and he will be assisted m its coaching by Mr. W. J. Wallace, also a former All Black and a member of the management committee of the Is'ew Zealand Rugby Union.
