The engagement is announced, and the marriage will tako place shortly of Valarie, elder daughter of Mr. and tho late Mrs. P. H. Watts, of Hamilton, and Owen Haitlie. elder son of Mr. and the late Mrs. A. H. Burn, of Hamilton.
