AIR FORCE FATALITY
TWO AUSTRALIANS KILLED CRASH AT AERODROME (Received September 1, 1.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, August 31 Two officers of the Royal Australian Air Force, Flying-Officer Kenneth Walter McKenzie, and Sergeant Norman Torrens Witherow, were burned to death when the machine they were flying crashed from a height of 200 ft. to the aerodrome at Hamilton.
