550 NEW FACTORIES
BUSY BRITISH INDUSTRIES THE DRIFT TO LONDON British Wireless RUGBY, August 30 During the year 1936, 551 new factories giving employment to 53,000 people were opened in the United Kingdom. Of this number of factories 261 were in Greater London.
