0 RAKE I GOLF CLUB - "v ENJOYABLE FUNCTION Members of the Orakci Golf Club $ spent a happy evening yesterday, when their second annual ball was celebrated in the Peter Pan Cabaret. Gaily, coloured balloons were strung over the dance floor and streamers in blue and white tonings gave further decorative effects. The guests wore received by the presicvnfc of the club. Mr. A. B. Bevege, and Mrs. E. L. Goklwater, a vice-president, who wore a gown of vellum-tinted lane over lilac satin. Other ladies on thecommittee who were present were Mrs. A. P. S. Bell, wife of the club captain, who wore Lido blue crepe finished with silver; Mrs. T. H. Wood, wife of the secretary, ice blue metalasse; Miss Marie Miller, white chiffon over silver;' and Miss N. Casey, black and white organza over georgette. * Among those present were:—Mrs. J. S. Callinan, who was in peacock blue ring velvet; Mrs. J. Naylor, black velvet; Mrs. L. Andin, white satin and taffetas; Mrs. L. Bray, Coronation purple crepe; Mrs. V. Fausett, midnight blue georgette threaded in gold;' Mrs. R. Barker, peach pink georgette banded with satin; Mrs. W.
