SAILING SHIPS'" RACE NEW YORK, August 27 Tho shores at Newport, New Jersey, wore crowded at the start of a race to Bermuda* between the square-rigged sailing ships Joseph Conrad and Seven Seas. The former won a prizo for the fastest time from tho harbour.
