RATIONALIST ASSOCIATION
Under the auspices of tlie Nationalist Association at tho Strand Theatre last night, Mr. A. S. Richards, M.P. for Roskill, gave an address. Ho outlined tho growth of social instiutions and expressed his views on the future development of Now Zealand. Mr. Richards said he looked forward hopefully to the future because this country was traditionally radical and had had many exceedingly clever statesmen.
