MINISTER RETIRES
FREE METHODIST CHURCH After eight years as minister of the Free Methodist Church. Mount Eden, during which period he has built up a strong following, Mr. Kenneth H. Melvin, M.A., is retiring. He cpnducted hii last services yesterday. At a largelyattended meeting after the morning service, the congregation decided to extend a call to Mr. Sydney Jansen, of Auckland.
