SOMETHING UNUSUAL" is the predominant feature of these three samples of Fashion's _ latest whims. The coachman of old is suggested by the high-crowned black felt hat' at the top,, with its perky cockade of leather flowers. Beneath is a trimly-tailored black cloth costume striking a Russian note by means of the collar, cuffs and tall "Cossack" toque of black fox. Even more arresting is the three-quarter length flared coat and skirt of Royal blue suede, with immense leg-o'-mutton sleeves, and buttons and bands of softest white leather. —Cecllle, Kosmos and Blake
