SONG COMPOSITION ONEHUNGA' ENTRY SECOND [by telegraph—press association] WELLINGTON, Friday Tho contest for original song composition at the Wellington competitions was won by Madamo Bctts-Vincent, of Wellington. Herbert N. Hullott, of Onehunga, was second, and Miss Alice Wilson, of Dunedin, third. Further awards to-day were: Negro spiritual, men, Mr. Alan Pike (Wanganui). Action song, 12 to 16 years; Ewari McEwan (Edendalc).
