TOUR BY AUTHORITY
SITTINGS IN THE PROVINCE The No. 1 Transport Licensing Authority, Mr. E. J Pheinn. will leave Auckland on Tuesday to undertake a ! tour of investigation in and around tho Kawhin district. He will bo accom- / panied bv the district transport officer, Mr, n. S„ Nicholls. A sitting of tho authority will he lield at Hamilton on Thursday morning, and Mr. Pheinn and Mr. Nicholls will, return immediately after to Auckland. Thoy will leave early in the following week for Rotorua, before proceeding to Opotiki, where a sitting will be held on Tuesday. September 7. The authority will hold a further sitting at Whakiitane the following day and will sit at Tnufanga 011 Thursday, September 9. returning to Auckland at thej completion of the tour.
