PURCHASE OF MACHINE ' [by telegraph—OWN correspondent! "NVAIHI, Friday Following tho receipt, at a mooting of tho Citizens' Ambulance Committee last night, of a lengthy letter from tho Minister of Health, tho Hon. P. Eraser, in connection with tho acquisition of an ambulance for Wailii, tho following resolution was carried:— "That a committco should confer with tho Waihi Hospital Board with tho view to ascertaining if it would bo agreeable to accept tho money in tho hands of the Citizens' Committee and purchase the ambulance, and maintain it in conjimcticvi with the committee and the St. John Ambulance Brigade."
