LEGALITY UPHELD HIGH COURT JUDGMENT SYDNEY, August 26 The High Court to-day, by a majority of three to two, upheld the decision of Mr. Justice Nicholson in refusing to grant an injunction against the broadcasting of race descriptions from Victoria Park racecourse. The Chief Justice, Sir John Latham, said he considered there had been no nuisance and no breach of copyright. Tho law could not, by an injunction, in effect erect fences which the club was not prepared to provide.
