ANTI-LITTER CAMPAIGN
COUNTRYSIDE OF ENGLAND British Wireless RUGBY, August 25 The campaign to reduce the litter nuisance in the English countryside received prominence when about 40 people were summoned at Arundel, Sussex, for offences against anti-litter by-laws. Fines ranging from 5s to £1 were imposed on all but two offenders.
