WORKER AWARDED £230 [nV TEIiKGIIAPH—I'RKRS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday Holding that plaintiff was entitled to the benefits of his earnings under a share-milking contract as well as those of a sawmill hand, Mr. Justice o'Regan, gave judgment for £2:50 Is Gd, costs £lO 10s and witnesses' expenses £2 2s in favour of William Curtain. The plaintiff's action against Charles Leslie Grant, of Kockville, in the Nelson industrial district, was a claim for compensation for injury at a mill.
