THE NEW WAGES SCALE [FROM OCR OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON. Wednesday The recommendations of the conciliation council regarding tho Northern Industrial District Local Authorities' Officers' dispute were received at the meeting of the Central Waikato Electric-Power Board to-day. The secretary, H. *T. Beeche, stated that the cost of the new wages scale would mean an addition of a year to the wages paid by the board above the recent increases granted*
