HEALTH INSURANCE
Sir, —As the National Government Insurance Scheme seems inevitable, would it not be a good thing to make it compulsory for every person, coming under the scheme, to have a thorough medical examination once every year? If such a suggestion were given effect to, would it not be the means of preventing our hospitals from being so full? D. Steiin.
