SPORTS AT CHATEAU

KING'S COLLEGE PARTY The ski sports of the party of King's College bovs at the Chateau were held 011 Sunday. The events were intended for preliminary trials, but as the weather was not suitable for further events yesterday they were deemed to be the finals. The results were: —Slalom: D. M. Campbell, 1 (Oos); F. Hargravc, run-ner-up (275). Ski jump: A. Andrews, 1 (33.5 points); K. Hardley, runner-up (24 points). A special dinner was arranged for the boys last evening and the prizes were presented by the hostess of the Chateau. Mrs. Bayfield. .Members of the girls' party from the Epsom Grammar School also attended the dinner. The boys left on their return last night and the Epsom Grammar School girls will leave this evening. Both parties were unanimous in expressing the enjoyment they had experienced on j tlie visit. The weather has been finej except for yesterday, when it broke, but not sufficiently to spoil all outdoor 1 activities.
