AMERICAN BORROWING
TREASURY'S NEW POLICY WORLD MONEY MARKET WASHINGTON. July 8 What is interpreted as a possible step by the United States Treasury to be prepared for possible happenings on the world money market is seen in an announcement by tho Secretary to the Treasury, Mr. Henry Morgentliau, inaugurating a borrowing policy of 50,000,000 dollars a week in short-term bills. "Tho Treasury," said Mr. Morgentliau, "is returning to its old policy of having plenty of money in hand."
