UNLICENSED CARRIERS
IN THE WAIKATO [from ouh own correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday Special attention is to be given to the elimination of unlicensed transport operators who are defying the law and •working in unfair competition with legitimate established transport carriers in the Waikato, according to an agreoni,ent made in Hamilton between officers of the Transport Department andthe Hamilton Carriers' Association. It is hoped such co-operation will assist in enforcing the provisions of the Transport Act more rigidly than bepn the case.
