OPEN SPARROW HANDICAP [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] HASTINGS, Friday Tho Now Zealand Gun Club's championships -\vero continued to-day in ideal conditions. The chief event, the £IOO open sparrow linndicap, was won by A. Stead, of Hastings, with the possible of 12 birds. E. Groome, S. F. Aburn, N. Peck, P. Ascombe, and D. J. Macfarlane each shot eleven.
