EXPERT TO INVESTIGATE THE HAGUE, July 7 At the request of Australia, Dr. Stehn, leader of the Netherland Indies Vok-anologital Department, will go to liabaul to investigate whether the authorities are justified in maintaining it as the capital of New Guinea.
