CHILD KNOCKED DOWN
[by telegraph—OWN correspondent] AVHANGAREI, Thursday Knocked down by a motor-van today, Phyllis Yovich. aged six years, of Huakaka, was admitted to the Whangarei Hospital suffering from severe cuts and lacerations to the face, and abrasions to the body. She is also suffering severely from shock, but her condition is considered to be satisfactory.
