The Classic Club held its sixth meeting of the scjason in the Overseas f ( ea< r ue Rooms this week when an interesting |)rograinme was presented. Mr -Owen Jensen, the club's actingpresident, presided. Members who contributed vocal items were: Miss Rachel Mawhinnev, Miss Phyllis Rcnner, Miss |.;dna Peace, Mr. Henry Donaldson and Mr. James Ramsay. Pianoforte solos were rendered by Miss Joyce Billing and Miss Frdda Crook, and the accompanists wero Miss Billing, Mr. Owen Jensen and Mr. Alan Pow.
