DRAINAGE OF LAND
THE TAUPIRI BOARD [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Thursday Tho Taupiri Drainage Board at a meeting to-day received advice from the Public Works Department that a number of drains aggregating about 42 miles had been completed atid were ready to be taken over by the board for maintenance. In reply to a letter from the Thames Valley Drainage Board, it was decided that tho Taupiri board was willing to co-operate in any move toward forming a New Zealand Drainage and River Board Association. \
