T&o New Zealand Youth Peace Council was formed and a constitution adopted at a meeting to-night. Professor F. L. W. Wood presided over an attendance of more than 50 representatives of national youth organisations. The meeting elected a provisional executive committee to plan the holding of the first youth peace council as soon as practicable. 1 Under the constitution the council is to meet subsequently twice a year.
